Our Warley Hill Project is a Victorian terraced house which required a complete refurbishment throughout. The property has had new joists, ceilings, floors, kitchen, bathrooms etc and the inclusion of a single storey rear extension. This specific project was a great success with 7 viewings and 4 offers within 24hours being listed.

Our Aden Road Project was a 3 bed terraced house which required complete refurbishment throughout. The property was re wired, re plastered, new heating system kitchen, bathroom, we have subsequently re-wired the entire property. The house was marketed for sale with a much healthier profit, rather than if it had been sold as is.

Garden Revamp

Taunton Somerset Project

Our Taunton Project is a 4/5 bed detached country house  which required complete refurbishment throughout. The property was redesigned by @Naomikisted prior to all works commencing, then the rip out commenced with re plastering, reflooring, moving lighting, fitting new blinds throughout, redesigning both bathrooms, all upstairs radiators have been replaced. All lighting has been rewired in some rooms and replaced. We have replaced all internal doors and designed/ had built 4 different bespoke cabinetry/ wardrobes in various spaces. The entire house colour scheme has been meticulously thought through and redecorated. We have now completed the first3 phases for this project but the family are now ready to move in while we await planning permission to extend and redesign the loft and we will be adding extra images of the furniture and furnishing when they have all arrived and styled. 


Project Chase

For this large living space we transformed it from dark and disjointed to a calm coastal inspired luxury space. We removed the old grey floors, the fireplace, the blinds and radiators and replaced those elements with; a light herringbone floor, brass designer radiators, a new luxury TV wall and stunning gold palm pendant lights. We added black curtain rods and white linen curtains. This is a coastal inspired space with elements of Art Deco throughout to add a touch of character.

Modern Victorian Townhouse Staircase

We were required to upgrade and redesign this townhouse hallways, landings and staircases. We designed the spaces to connect beautifully with a stunning colour scheme of black hardware/lighting, complemented by dark green painted skirtings and rails, new grey carpets and brass designer radiators. Finishing off the look with light grey shutters.

Home Office REDESIGN

The plan was to redesign this home office into an on trend and calm space.  Naomi went for a monochromatic and neutrals style. We added the addition of upcycling their current cupboards with black wood panelling for a luxury sleek finish, the floors were upgraded to a light herringbone finish, the lighting was also upgraded and we added large linen curtains where their were non before. 

Coastal / Art Deco Kitchen

For this kitchen the brief was to upgrade the entire space yet retaining as much of the original bespoke cabinetry as possible. We updated the space with a lighter and brighter Colour scheme from greys and blues to pinks, blues, white and gold. We upgraded the flooring to a more stylist herringbone pattern, We replaced the dated worktops with stunning white and gold quartz worktops, the sink and tap where replaced with a gold finish hot water tap. All appliances were completely upgraded and radiators and lighting was all upgraded. With the addition of pink and gold cabinetry for a modern Art Deco touch. This 2 bed penthouse in the heart of Edinburgh previously had long term tenants. We updated this property so the current owners could re-market the property as a Serviced Apartment and Holiday Let to increase the annual rental yield.
